Procedure
- Member orders the product on the Reward Shop.
- Member emails his/her favorite picture in high resolution (min. 250KB) together with the free text (max. 40 characters incl. spaces) to loylogic@preciseme.com.
- Precise Trading LLC will create the design within 2 working days.
- After the design/artwork is ready, Precise Trading LLC will send it to the member for approval in order to start the production.
- After final approval of the design/artwork, Precise Trading LLC will produce and deliver the crystal within 7 working days.
- Returns are not applicable as the product is customized.
